We'll be heading towards some snowy area soon. how is it to drive during winter time? anything i should look out for?

It's a basic car with front-wheel drive. It should handle fairly well in the snow because the engine is up front, which aids in traction on the driving tires.

Murano does alright in light snow, especially if you've got decent all-seasons or winters on. Maybe what you should note is the CVT on steep or icy hills. Better be careful because it can feel weird. Pack a shovel, traction pads, done.

I've done a good amount of driving in snowy conditions and it does alright, but I have to mention I'm using winter tires. And yes, @luckythirteen is a bit right on the cvt. It's not like it's a problem or anything like that, but it can feel a bit weird.

Just watch out for the ground clearance in deeper snow as it's not super high. Also, make sure your wiper fluid is winter-rated and check that battery before heading out!
