Last October 2nd, life got flipped, literally. I was easing out of a strip mall at around 8:30 p.m. when some idiot doing close to 100 mph blasted me on the driver's side. The hit launched me clean through the window. Three months in the hospital later, my once gorgeous orange '15 AWD platinum was scrap, ripped nearly in half. Fast forward: the at fault driver's insurance finally paid up, and I just got a replacement, 2020 Platinum with only 31 k on the clock for just under 30 grand. Dark blue pearl this time, stacked with safety tech my old '15 never dreamed of. Still hobbling with a wheeled walker, but cruising a Murano again was non negotiable; nothing else felt right.
I'm pumped to be back, even if Nissan's about to overhaul the body style and (probably) wreck the design I love. For now, though, this '20 feels like a good score and a fresh start.

Oh, that sounds rough... I'm happy you made it through and eventually found a solid upgrade. And a dark blue pearl Murano? Nice flex, especially with all that safety tech. Keep on healing and enjoy that fresh start, for real! These days it's really hard to be safe even though you're already driving safely. Others aren't...

Damn, that's a brutal way to lose a car, but glad you're still here to tell it, who cares if nissan changes the look, you've got one of the best versions right now, heal up and enjoy the ride, you earned it lol
