My 2016 Murano starts up okay, but it really struggles with power for the first few minutes, particularly on chilly mornings. It almost feels like it's only using half of its cylinders until the engine warms up completely. I've checked the scanner, and there are no error codes showing.

This is a classic behavior of the Jatco CVT's cold fluid protection protocol. Your Murano's transmission control module intentionally limits engine torque until the fluid reaches its optimal operating temperature to prevent wear. Can you confirm the service history on the CVT and if a fluid exchange was performed using the required Nissan NS-3 fluid? Do you own a scan tool capable of monitoring the live data for CVT fluid temperature and engine coolant temperature? Observing the sensor data streams during a cold start would confirm if the engine is performing correctly while the transmission limits output.
